Lions Award
Change of rules: No QSL cards required!
BRAVE RADIO FRIENDS offers this award to all interested OP or SWL for working its members. A lion’s head is the emblem of BRF, so the awards show pictures of this animal.
The basic award is for working/hearing ten members of BRF according to the member list on our website at "Members".
There are different awards in steps of ten (10/20/30 etc).
The application must include a list of the stations and full details on the QSO (date, time, mode, band). Please, only use one of the following files: txt, doc, xls, pdf, jpg.
There are no band, mode or time restrictions. The QSOs can have been made prior to the member’s joining the club. The members also count when they have used a club or special event callsign or a dxpedition callsign, as long as it is proven that the OP was the respective member. In such a case, applicants must give the member’s callsign together with the special callsign in their application. The members do also count if they did not operate from their home country. Each member, however, only counts once. SWL cards by members of BRF also count towards the award.
